Keyboard Corner wants every customer to be happy with their purchase from us If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us at enq@keyboardcorner.com.au and provide your invoice number and details of your problem and we will endeavor to find a solution for you. Free delivery within Melbourne applies for orders over $80 but excludes cabinet model digital pianos. Any discount shown on a product is shown as a discount from our regular web sale price. We are able to ship anywhere within Australia, we do not ship goods internationally. We do not ship acoustic pianos to locations outside Victoria without prior arrangement, please contact us to find out if we are able to ship an acoustic piano to you if you are outside Melbourne metro. Please allow a minimum of up to 7-10 working days for delivery, subject to stock availability. Please note that we use 3rd party couriers and cannot be held responsible for extended delays. We are able to provide tracking numbers for our variety of couriers and will endeavour to assist where we can, however once the goods have left our store we strongly recommend following up directly with the courier company. 2. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (R.A. #) which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. At the same time you will be given the address to return the package to. Keyboard Corner (VIC) Pty Ltd is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone and facsimile numbers.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website www.keyboardcorner.com.au, from your website, from other publicly available sources, from cookies-and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Keyboard Corner (VIC) Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

If a product is damaged, please contact us for us to arrange collection and return of the item, within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or issue you with store credit or refund.
We will not exchange any item if you simply change your mind, so please shop with care.
All products must be returned as new, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. The following procedure must be undertaken.
1. E-mail enq@keyboardcorner.com.au with your name, invoice number, product name, reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund.
2. You will be issued with a Return Authorisation Number (R.A. #) which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. At the same time you will be given the address to return the package to.
It is your responsibility to supply Keyboard Corner with your correct shipping address. Freight drivers are only obliged to deliver to this address, and take no responsibility.
If the product supplied to you is faulty, Keyboard Corner will replace it with no charge once it is sent back postage paid we will send the replacement out with no added postage costs. Please call/e-mail for your Return Authorisation Number before returning any goods.

Returns & Refunds
1. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We will issue you with an RA #. Return postage/shipping is the responsibility of the buyer on change of mind purchases. Goods must be returned in unopened new condition for a full credit. If an item has been opened or used a change of mind refund is not available. Should items not have all original packaging or be past the 7 days, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, entirely at Keyboard Corner's Discretion. If your item was shipped to you with free freight we will deduct our shipping cost from the amount you are refunded, if you paid shipping this amount will not be refunded.
2. Payment processing fees - Some of our payment gateways charge processing fees once a transaction is made, these vary from 1.5-3.5%. If you complete a transaction with us and then change your mind our card payment provider in many cases does not refund these fees to us, in these cases the amount we refund to you will be the amount you paid less the fees we are charged. We will provide you with evidence of these fees if requested, the main payment processor this is associated with is Paypal.
